Friday the 3rd of December is an important date for all involved with the NSW's Government initiative, Don't DIS my ABILITY.
The Don’t DIS my ABILITY campaign will officially be launched with an event to be held on December 2, at Doltone house, Sydney, and will be hosted by Todd McKenney. The Night is a celebration of disabled peoples abilities and achievements.
As launch partner, Ai-Media will be live captioning the event via our access solution,
Ai-Live™.
Don’t DIS my ABILITY Ambassadors and Ai-Media team members,
Alex Jones and
Leonie Jackson, will also be attending the event.
“It’s great to be involved in the Don’t DIS my ABILITY campaign as an Ambassador again this year”, said Mr. Jones.
“It is something that I find really rewarding, as it provides me with the opportunity to educate people about what it means to live with a disability”, he said.
Ms Jackson, Head of Education Access at Ai-Media and first time Ambassador has also relished in the opportunity to be an Ambassador. “It has been a wonderful experience and one I am truly grateful for – it has been a very fulfilling experience”.
