Ai-Live is an Employment Assistance Fund (EAF) approved solution for online live captioning and transcription services, providing real-time speech-to-text in the workplace for people who are deaf or hard of hearing.

How does Ai-Live work?

Highly trained captioners listen to what is being said and re-speak what they hear, including punctuation and grammar, into Ai-Live. This is converted into live captions and streamed to your tablet or laptop enabling you to read what’s being said, as it’s being said. All that is needed for Ai-Live is:

  1. A live audio feed (via a phone call or Skype)
  2. An internet connection
  3. A web-enabled device to view the captions on (such as an iPad or laptop)
