John joined Ai-Media in 2014 as a Live Voice Captioner and held various roles in the Live Operations team that serviced Ai-Media’s largest customers in Australia. In 2018, John joined the APAC Sales team and was responsible for driving considerable growth in access services delivered to Enterprise customers, particularly in universities across Australia. In his current role of VP APAC, John is passionate about expanding the EEG network throughout the region to deliver new, innovative and more effective accessibility solutions. He is also a pivotal point of contact for Ai-Media’s customers and partners throughout the region.
