1. Com0Com

This software creates virtual serial ports on your PC which allows you to connect your stenocaptioning software with our Ai-Stream software.

2. Configure Case CATalyst

This step will ensure your captioning software connects with our Ai-Stream software.

If you use Eclipse and not Case CATalyst, follow the step-by-step instructions below to configure Eclipse.

Ai-Stream is our flagship software for sending live captions through our platform. You will need to install this software to send live captions to our clients.
